How Does it work?

1. Register your details using the form on this page
   ^{(We won’t use your information for anything except running this trial, and if the collection program is discontinued we will delete all personal information)}
2. Fill your compost caddy or bucket with food or plant scraps from the compost ingredients list
   ^{(Use your own compost container or let us know if you need one suppled when you submit the registration form)}
3. Whenever your compost container is full, leave it in the agreed location with a gold coin on top and request a collection
   ^{(You will be recieve a mobile number to send pickup requests to by SMS. Feel free to add any notes or comments if required!)}
4. We will arrive to collect your compost, then deliver it on foot or by electric bike to your local compost hub
   ^{(Requests received before 9am on a weekday will be collected on the same day. If there are any issues, we will message you and then try again the following day)}
5. We will return your compost caddy to the original spot, ready for you to use again that evening!

1-5 litre container collection	$1 coin
5-10 litre container collection	$2 coin
10-20 litre container collection	$5 note
120l (small) wheelie bin collection	$10 note
240l (large) wheelie bin collection	$20 note

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The initial trial period is planned to run from 21 November 2022 to 30 December 2022.

The trial service will operate every weekday (Monday – Friday) except for public holidays in Victoria.

The community compost hubs being used don’t charge residents to add their organic waste, but each have specific terms of use. This service is to support people who may not have time or ability to compost themselves.

This trial service is offered without guarantee. We will do our best to collect and delivery your compost ingredients as described above.

If there are unsuitable items in your compost container, we may return it without being emptied, and will let you know the reason.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged compost caddies. By participating you accept the risk of losing a compost container.

The trial offer may be cancelled without prior notice at any time.

We will attempt to contact you promptly if there are any issues or changes to the trial process.

As the trial progresses, we may send updates or ask you to fill out a feedback survey.
